From May to July, the three of us did these 6 things everyday without fail:
Follow a diet. No Cheating!
Do two 45 minute workouts. (One outside!)
Drink one gallon of water a day.
Read 10 pages of nonfiction.
We walk through how we got started, why we kept going, and we reflect on the lessons we learned now that we are on the other side of the finish line.
